And she lets him drink out of the “Verl” cup, even though he didn’t bring his ladder….

@Bigg — it’s not like we don’t know where it is…. but some people have asked for a chance to look for it themselves….

And most posters here have been very kindly refraining from announcing the location till later in the day, or till somebody asks.

Up to you, but I’m one of those who appreciates it, cos sometimes I can’t wait to read the forum, even before I search.

Welcome, Al. You know, of course, that you’ve got some pretty “stiff” competition with Verl, I’ve heard that Jerry is a real animal! And if you use a “ladder” to help you get up, that’s OK, cos we all suspect that Jerry sees blue on occasion! And BTW, after 4 hours, don’t call your doc, call CNN!

Susan, I’m glad you’re out on bail. Will there be a celebrity trial or will you cut a deal for community service?

If you’ve got the time….we’ve got the beer. With all the yapping they seem to do, I’d think they’d have little time for anything else.

@SusanSunshineHa! I was paying attention. You said you may not have computer access on 1 Nov. in your 31 Oct. post.Welcome back. p.s. I was in the next cell when you got bailed. Don’t tell anyone.

With the “ToDo” list, and wall phone, I thought we were still at the Penny’s until I saw a different style chair. Without the bun on the back, Verl and Joy look identical to me, so I was thinking what a useless “handiman” to come to clean gutters without a ladder. At least he’s getting free meals out of it although eating anything that those people eat is unthinkable. Now the notes make more sense. I cook for 1 also (single serving pizzas, sliced turkey separated with thin sheets of stiff plastic in portion sizes etc, and I don’t like meatloaf. I bake some meat sauce and cheeses with some whole wheat rotini noodles and package it in portions for the freezer. Now that weather is getting cool, I’ll also be making clam chowder.

oh boy….(good way to get free breakfast and lunch tomorrow too though…)

Speaking of the resemblance between Joy & Verl – there was an episode last year which featured two Verlas. Either that or Joy decided to wear Verl’s glasses and hairstyle that day. I was surprised that no one mentioned it.

yeah, i find it a real spoiler when I don’t get a chance to look for it myself
