T’was ever thus.

Isn’t that what the Occupy Wall Streeters are saying about the government right now ?

My job is to tell you to turn that nooise off or I’ll turn it off for you.

HEY, at LEAST the kid’s WORKING!

Who’s paying their salaries?

My 87 year old Dad said almost the exact thing the other day about the gentle music in a quiet, family run restaurant. Truly old people just love to complain. This strip nailed that bad habit of Seniors.

And finkd comment (above) demonstrates that he has missed the point entirely of the Occupy Wallstreet protests. The protest is against corporate greed. If the complaint was against politicians, the protests would occur in Washington, not New York.

Give ’em hell, gramps.

Loud music and caffeine, Skyler’’s laughing and oblivious (actually not, he’s usually pretty sharp), typical “youth” for about the last few thousand years, actually.

Kids still have boomboxes? I thought they all used iPods which hurt YOUR ears when they have earbuds.

I thought the epitome of greed was having more money than you knew what to do with and still insisting on amassing more!

I do think business and politics are pretty close…
