Yes, I must agree bucky has hypochondria. How exactly robb knows this without at least checking on the additude in fur escapes me. I mean occasionally even hypochondriacs get hurt.

I think for trying to fly out the window – Bucky should stay in his drawer for a few days. Its warm, comfy, and …. Rob will know exactly where Bucky is and what he is up to … not flying.

And if he really wants Bucky under control, all Rob has to do is push the drawer shut!
