"I had to practice every day, to come in from the yard," Janis thinks, "Because I took piano, and believe me it was hard." Woman walks by, and Janis thinks, "Once a week my teacher came, but never learned my name." Janis thinks, "For as I played she sat and cursed, a girl called Julie Ard."
