^Can’t you post anything without fetching some more of your brain matter from a porta-pottie? Two rookies got carried away in the early laps, started the wreck, and Dan and several other drivers got collected. I know you can’t imagine anyone ever having a real life, but I’ve raced, my son races, we have experience and can observe from experience, unlike twits, er, zits.
^Actually, have, halfabug, but 100-150 is plenty fast enough in “close quarters”, and depending on the racing venue. Having known many of the “top” drivers from some time ago, and lost friends in the sport, as with combat. I find the disrespect and ignorant “one-upsmanship” from the same old “right wing” proof of their closed-mindedness, and yes, sub-human compassion and “intellect”.
I find the subject of anyone’s death a time of analysis (why) and introspection (can we prevent a repeat?). Some decisions in life are personal, as in participating in hazardous activities by choice. Others are made for the individual by “politics” as in being SENT to wars, just or unjust. Maybe we should focus more on those making the “political” decisions for which “others” pay the price?
Churchie, never, ever, claimed Everest, but have led a real life, with real people, who were, and are, willing to take real risks at times in that real world. Unlike those living in the fantasy world of “Stoner LImbaugh” and his fans, we’ve accomplished positive things.

A truly nice guy who got “collected” in others’ error. A great loss to the sport and his family.

The one “sport” where we can be certain there will be a couple of fatalities every year.

Trout is a well traveled man. How come its only the red necks who are giving him a hard time?
