Fred is the most out-of-control dog in the comics. His constant theft of food is disgusting, unhealthy for him and doesn’t speak very well of his owners.

Fred is a typical dog if you don’t want him in your food you can A eat it in a hurry, or B put it hiigh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! up.
