LucasMy theory with turkey carving has always ben that if you get the meat separated from the bone, you’ve done a good job. It has gotten to the point that I just use my fingers on chickens. So, I am sure you are probably an excellent turkey carver. (assuming no one has choked on a turkey bone at Thanksgiving dinner)
