Martin&Lewis: I canât find it now, but Richard Avedon had all of his models, including celebrity portrait subjects, jump. There is a book of these called âJumpingâ. Salvador Dali had three cats thrown from the right and three buckets of water thrown from the left.
yesterdayâŠ@ransomknottsmain stream media? the comment was complimentary to the pilots. They were trainees at one time and I was saying they completed their course, unlike the 991 terrorists.you misinterpret. badly, my friend
Actually this is a representation of my kind of calisthenics.
As Gaijinrabbit knows, âKaiâ (æ”·) is a lovely metacharacter, one of my favorites. Composed of water (æ°Ž) âmizuâ, person (äșș) âhitoâ and mother (æŻ) âhaha.â. If you strip off the water radical, you are left with (æŻ) âmaiâ which means âeveryâ. This is intuitive because every person has a mother. The ocean, of course, is âevery water.â
This is one of the reasons I love kanjis, and why I am frustrated that I donât have more time to study both Japanese and Chinese.
I love languages too! Gaijinrabbit, you explain everything so nicely! I wish I could learn kanji from youâŠ.other than what you place in the comments here, of course. :)
Considering the average human has about 100,000 hairs on their head, itâs a good thing this was a cartoon character being drawn here. (It would take a LONG time to draw 100,000 hairs)
