Eat behind a building, or with your back to the wind, use an umbrella, or a tent, and, for the complicated solution, Find a stick that you can easily bend. Take it, and put it through a hole in a small piece of wood, use a hinge to attach the wood and stick (or use duct tape), and make sure the wood is thin. Bring this with, and put a little clear-plastic thing around where your eyes would be. This is a bit more complicated, but is helpful if you want to see everything, or just moving around. Now go do something productive.
