I've seen him chase plenty of squirrels!" Nate says, "Enough fooling around, you fleabag! Move!" Nate says, "Look! He's right there! He's five feet away!!!" Skwak! Wurf! Gah! Yip! Skwee! Teddy says, "Maybe he's afraid of that particular squirrel." Nate says, "You think?"

its kinda ironic! nate’s afraid of cats and doesn’t even go near them whereas when spitsy is afraid of squirrels, he is pushing him to it!they’re both afraid of helpless creatures. although, the squirrel doesn’t seem so helpless in this strip
