Money may not buy happiness, but having money prevents a great deal of of the things that cause unhappiness.

the only people that hate money is the poor. being poor is stressful. the people that win the lottery report that it is liberating, not needing to worry any more.

Ahh, No.They say “the LOVE of money is the root of evil”; funny how most folks miss the first part of that quote.

Actually it’s “For the love of money is the root of all kinds of evil…” 1 Timothy 6:10

When people correct others about missing the words “love of”, they often make the same mistake.

Notice: Loving money is not the root of ALL evil; it’s the root of ALL KINDS of evil.

I think selfishness is the true root of all evil. That’s one of the core messages in the teachings of Jesus.

It’s the love of money, not just money.

I only know of one thing money can’t buy ……………… poverty.

Wrong! The saying is that the LOVE of money is the root of all evil! Having money is ok as long as it is not the love of your life!
