    It’s also said by many in the medical community to never, ever, diet. Get a physical. Get active. Eat less junk and stoopid stuff (the stuff you already know you shouldn’t eat). Aim for genuine make-you-sweat activity for 45min a day EVERY day!! Then, keep it up. See what happens from there. In a year, you WILL be amazed! Plan what’s next from there.:-)
