    I can’t speak for John, but all the veterans I know, or knew, and honor were infantry- the ones doing most of the sacrificing. But I’m also fortunate in that they all came back. Not taking that for granted, I gave a donation in honor of those who didn’t to the church memorial foundation. Officers are another story. My Dad was a corporal.

    Actually, all the officers I know are hard working people. This is more of a character joke on how people perceive Ed and it is also based on years of watching MASH.

    Thank you, John Zakour and Scott Roberts. You gave us a great joke and the idiots came out of the woodwork. It shows how clueless the average American is.

    I was a war plans officer in the Air Force. If you don’t work, you could be court-martialed for not following a direct order of a superior. ALL good officers work hard – very hard.
