one company replaced their chairs with treadmills. so, you would type while walking. they say that they lost on average 10-15 pounds per person. they also have chairs and couches to rest. some people there learned how to walk and type at the same time. unlike some people who can’t chew gum and walk at the same time. but, they must be sweaty everyday after work.

My chiropractor recommended sitting on an exercise ball when at the computer – it strenghthens the core muscles.
haven’t had the courage to try it at the office…
