Anton: Part of me wants to be angry with Steve for seeing black folk as one-dimensional stereotypes... but then I look around and ask, where's our counter-argument? Is it in our music? Our movies? If anything, we embrace the stereotype as heartily as he does. We try to live it, to be it. And woe to any Uncle Tom who tries to go beyond the stereotype. *Sigh* It's a lose-lose, Marcus.
