Susan, not so micro, just home made with fresh eggs from chickens of a friend. I will do that possibly next year as I have a friend out in Glendale with 6 chickens. I just made fresh butterscotch with vinegar this evening.
And what makes egg nog better is some good spirits as well as the seasoning.
