Bud not that bad – he’s smart about some stuff, and he’s honest and usually willing to work with Betty.
As far as being a slob, he said himself, in a strip from many years ago “I’m not a slob. I just have a higher chaos threshhold”.
I had that comic strip taped to my fridge for some time.
