Proper disposal is part of working hard & living with dignity.The education part is sorting recyclables.

That bag shouldn’t smell that bad. Baldo takes place in E. LA, where they have modern sewers and kitchens have garbage disposals. The really smelly stuff goes down the drain to get ground up and all that goes out to the can is the trash, except for things like bones and olive pits that won’t grind up but also won’t smell.
