The only reason I put any up is because everyone comes to my house for the holidays. Even then, the earliest I put anything up is the first weekend in December.

Perhaps she is preparing to celebrate the Russian Orthodox Christmas. If that is the case she is only a week early. She also was able to take advantage of what we call post Christmas sales.

Some people loves Christmas so much that they leave the decorations out all year long. I like to put my decorations out on Dec 1st and take them down after New Year’s.
