A nap is always good just before bedtime. Practice makes perfect.
I can’t count how many times I fell asleep watching TV in the evening. I can still get a full night’s sleep afterwards.

These would be so much better if the animals were of the same type of animal. Just looks off.
I try not to fall asleep on the couch too close to bedtime because if I do, I’ll lie awake in bed for what seems like forever until I finally fall asleep . . . and even then, it’s not a very restful sleep either.
