True, oh Snoop. Like a book thou talkest, Snoopy. Half a century on and Snoopy is still known and loved. Frieda? Nobody’s sure who she was unless they stop and think.

Snoopy was right! A few generations later, and we know the results. He brightened the days of many thousands of people over the course of fifty years! Who knows how many wonderful ways that has helped society? :-)

In the first panel it almost looks like CMS drew both arms Friedas’ right side. But then my eyes aren’t so good. YOU TELL HER SNOOPY!!!

Hey girl, Snoopy has given us Joe Cool and single handedly stopped the Red Baron. And you definitely can’t leave out the Snoopy dance. May I ask what you have done Frieda?

This is so deep when you think about it; considering that Snoopy was created in the 50’s, and that we’re commenting on this strip most of a century later, I think is just so awesome. They say every dog has his day, well Snoopy is so epic… this dog has his six decades, and many more to come.

Plus Snoopy can imitate various animals-his most popular one being the vulture. He writes novels and had his entire family reunited. (Spike, Olaf, Shag, and Belle,etc.). He plays baseball and he’s even an attorney. That’s how he made his mark in society. Plus he’s best friends with a bird-Woodstock.

Funny enough, he’s exactly right. All the Snoopy statues and “Joe Cool” merchandise won’t be sold for a few decades after this strip. Wow…

Sadly the more Frieda engages in her self-righteous indignation, the less opportunities she has to contribute anything positive to society. It seems to be the only thing she has contributed, except her naturally curly hair. And only she has called our attention to that.
