This ain’t Walmart, Adam.

I’m baffled. What is this about?

The mall fashion police?

I’d be suing.

I’d make a scene with all the actions just like a 3 year old – then I’d sue.

Or like 6 year old Calvin – a true professional

Adam you go to mall with Sweatpants? kudos to your moxie.

That’s what this world doesn’t need: More Rent-A-Cops!

I’d be standing by applauding.

Now if they were down by his butt cheeks, it would have been fine.

What would you sue for? Private business can make their own dress codes.

Maybe the waistband being so high made “things” a little too defined…

He can’t be fired for enforcing the mall’s rules. Nor should he. It’s private property and they can make the rules.

As a People Greeter, I get to witness all the different varieties of dress people come into the store with. I believe this is a back-handed comment on the opposite extreme (pants so low that you wonder how they manage to wear them at all) that is all too common today!

Wait! They’re a the “mall”? What’s this mall they speak of?
