Bucky says: "I'm thinking of starting a lemonade stand out in the hallway. I figure I'll have a monopoly on the 4th-floor foot traffic." Rob, sitting in a sofa, says: "I don't know, Buck, the hall-" Buck cuts him off, saying: "Hey, I think it's a great idea. I don't need your validation." Rob turns to Bucky and says: "OK...so...why are you still standing there?" Bucky replies while peeking over the sofa armrest: "Well...I do need your money."
