There was a clue yesterday (12/22) on Jeopardy that had to do with the land lost, as the sea encroaches on LA.

All the buys look good, but I would look for buys on the finished leather beause I prefer to make my own shoes and it is darned expensive, especially in pretty colors. As to land, I chose away from any coasts or fault lines and no flood lines near me either. My favorite is year round flowers and both palms and pines and a good crop of citrus.
