Yes, but Cybil has her own mindset, with a sort of a violent streak, much like Bubbles. Both look innocent, but… They’re related insofar as they’re in the same “family,” um, house.

Even Lio is scared of Bubbles — and he doesn’t scare easy!

In terms of evil, Lio<Bubbles. Lio just wants to dominate the world and hang out with the monsters. Bubbles wants to destroy everything.
