If they’re traveling; take everything out of the trunk; make room for all the packages.
If Arlo is staying home; resign yourself to Janice shopping up to Christmas Eve and up all night wrapping packages. Settle in with a couple of drinks and “help” as best as you can.
How true it is. Put aside your thoughts of what kind of clothes, who paid from them, etc., etc. The real story is of a grandmother and granddaughter. I practically beg my dear wife to let me buy her a nice new outfit to wear. Not that she doesn’t have a few nice things and she looks great in them, but she only has a very few. The reason for this is that she buys for the grandchildren never for herself. I can’t even get her a pair of jeans. And I wouldn’t trade her for the WORLD.

No, the other 3 weren’t stolen… she’s couting the entire purchase as one outfit.
Her next purchase will be deemed “items MISSING from the outfit”

Yep, Janis has this ‘grandma thing’ down pretty good. Looking at Arlo’s smile, he won’t be too bad, either.

It’s a winter outfit. You put all the stuff on at once, just before the kid has to go potty,

Women really get into buying clothes, whether it is for themselves or a child.
