Speaking of stupid — under magnification I can see that they have tourist guides to gift shops and to Harlem alleys.

If you check out the pamphlets on the back of the seats, I want to see the comic when they check out the back streets of Harlem.

I think Burl has plausible deniability here (hey, nothing wrong with keeping my license in my money clip), but Dudley ain’t gonna let him off. I wouldn’t be surprised if Burl’s license has expired years ago. That should be good for another couple hundred of those bills he’s flashing.

Years ago some friends who lived in Chicago were telling me that this is what they did whenever they got stopped, and it worked. That was then, but I’m sure the Windy City has been cleaned up since them. Yes.

Dogsniff, I just checked out your bio site via **Susansunshines**link. Take this in the spirit in which it’s given. It will be hard to get re-instated making disparaging remarks about Go Comics. ie.“The site is poorly maintained, and the service sucks”Also saying you’re hoping to speak to someone at Go Comics who has an IQ of more than double digits is not a way to ingratiate yourself for any favors. I would suggest you do YOUR part, and do it all the way. This is just my humble opinion.I want to see you back and commenting. ASAP!!!!!!!

This sort of trick actually worked for me back in the ‘70s on the Chicago side of Crustwood. Used to keep $20 behind my driver’s license. Was stopped once for rolling a stop sign, handed copper my license with $20 behind it. He looked it over, handed it back to me sans bill, and sent me on my way.

@Leaky, that occurred to me when I read the stuff on Dog’s page too. I was just starting my bi-daily workout when I heard on the news that there will be a major internet PROTEST tomorrow against the 2 bills SOPA and PIPA. Wikipedia and others will shut down. I agree it gives far too much power to large companies over individuals sharing information (which IS what the internet is used for!

Thanks Leaky, I WAS banned once but never found out what comment (was during an intense troll infestation and I only had to write them one letter to be reinstalled (but interim comments were being removed willy-nilly). I never was filmed doing exotic dancing tho’ I loved doing such things at parties (not on a pole)

The actual old Wife Swap show was very well produced and they cured the extreme views of one and/or other. I’ve seen comments on this new one and it is not something I’ll watch. I taped Betty White’s birthday yesterday and like her dress. I could design something similar for a special occaision for myself (and 2 of my kids may be remarried in upcoming years). There are 2 existing dresses that I have not worn in decades and would like to rewear though. The formal pastel that I wore to daughter’s first wedding and a burgundy cocktail dress that I wore to a wedding in my BFs family (my family never saw). Both are my design and sewing. But the BW dress would either be turquoise like hers or royal blue (with turquoise or lapis stones added to the sequined fabric). My own choice of a man is the one I have dated during my adult life and we are still exclusive living across many states.

EXTORTION FEE? I think their rates are MORE THAN REASONABLE! Don’t forget, this helps to give a stipend to the great cartoonists who give us such enjoyment! I am quite happy to pay for a subscription.

Dogsniff nice to see you back. I enjoy most of your comments. I will say, I gather you placed a link to a porn site and that you didn’t realize you had done anything wrong. I’ve been here since 2008, you have to be careful what you do. You may not think they watch everything, but they watch enough! They’ve done a good job of getting rid of the TROLLS that bombarded this website, and the spammers. And they do watch. Anyway, welcome back.
