To be a Dr. Oz graduate in sports medicine, he needs to:(1) overuse words and phrases such as “shocking” and “blown away,” among others. “I was shocked at the seriousness of his knee injury.”(2) Give the appearance of knowing everything about sports medicine, including knee rehabilitation.(3) Explain the injury to the athlete so fast that the athlete cannot not possibly follow along and comprehend but nonetheless will defer to the “wisdom” of the all-knowing.(4) Promote bogus and questionable treatments for the injury. Green tea, supplements, and Reiki should take care of it.

I think that the athlete’s mutterings can be translated “wait until I get my hands on you”.
