Wouldn’t it just be faster to say two pizza with all available toppings on them.

Peter’s appetite is not that unusual.
In my later teens and 20’s, I could easily eat a 16" Chicago style deep dish by myself.

I used to eat a medium Domino’s Pizza and drink 2 liters of Coke as a standard dinner. Then acid reflux disease got the better of me and I limit myself to 3 pieces and 2 cups at the most.
