verne: You're saying the spielberg movie "war horse" is a rip off? Rj: it's a species correct version of the vastly more exciting and engaging... war raccoon RJ: ...based on the hit stage play that used sophisticated puppetry. hammy: Made of socks!
Iâve seen some of the emotions people display after raccoons have broken into their house and thoroughly trashed and soiled the place. More like âWar ON Raccoons.â
It has always amazed me how stupid âthinkingâ people can be expecting animals not to behave instinctually. They donât secure their trash. They put pet food out doors or have pet doors cut into their house and then act surprised when animals get inâŠ..Who is the sub-species, really? Anyway, we had a pet raccoon when I was young. It was a fabulous animal, but I wouldnât go near one that wasnât domesticated.
We had a âfriendlyâ raccoon, she got very demanding. Also cited a guy for having his German shepherd off leash, twice. The third time I contacted him, a raccoon had totally gutted the dog. I cited him for the third time. Raccoons are NOT to be âmessed withâ.
A quote my dad used to describe the First World War. âWhen the young men left their families cried. When the horses left, Everybody cried.â Donât know where it is from though.

Seriously, the stage version of WAR HORSE, which I saw in London last April, is one of the great theatrical experiences of a lifetime.
