I’ve seen some of the emotions people display after raccoons have broken into their house and thoroughly trashed and soiled the place. More like “War ON Raccoons.”

It has always amazed me how stupid ‘thinking’ people can be expecting animals not to behave instinctually. They don’t secure their trash. They put pet food out doors or have pet doors cut into their house and then act surprised when animals get in…..Who is the sub-species, really? Anyway, we had a pet raccoon when I was young. It was a fabulous animal, but I wouldn’t go near one that wasn’t domesticated.

At night, raccoons sneak into your house and take one sock out of the dryer …

Seriously, the stage version of WAR HORSE, which I saw in London last April, is one of the great theatrical experiences of a lifetime.

We had a “friendly” raccoon, she got very demanding. Also cited a guy for having his German shepherd off leash, twice. The third time I contacted him, a raccoon had totally gutted the dog. I cited him for the third time. Raccoons are NOT to be “messed with”.

A quote my dad used to describe the First World War. “When the young men left their families cried. When the horses left, Everybody cried.” Don’t know where it is from though.
