Eddie: When the skies cleahed, I found the nar-eastah blowed us all the way to the nawth pole! My boat was stuck in snow, so I stahted walkin'. Then I heard somethin'... it was comin' fum undah the ice! Suddenly the ice broke open and out burst a flock of hungry piranha penguins! Flo: Penguins are at the south pole, Eddie. Eddie: Oh... um... let me rephrase that... When the skies cleahed, I found the nar-eastah blowed us all the way to the south pole! Flo: Gah home, Eddie.

I sent this to a friend in Australia for confirmation – - but he always reminds me that they are a day ahead of North America, so probably solved any related issues before it appeared in our Sunday paper!

I believe that no matter how you pronounce it, “nash” is actually spelled “gnash”. Those silent “G’s” will slip up on you as quickly as piranha penguins do!
