Remember, this takes place in England and some fancy restaurants don’t serve beer there. They consider beer is for the lower forms of life. lol! One of the reasons I ate in lower priced restaurants where I could get beer.
And through it all, we never did find out what one thing would make the evening out for a nice meal perfect…..perhaps, Andy paying?

It’s the local fish & chip cafe. The glasses on the table are for Vimto, Irn Bru, or Tizer. There is no alcohol license.
