Is it because the “brown people” won’t be able to understand the ancient English dialect in which it is written/spoken?

Alcaraz is so misguided on this issue. Arizona had to step in and stop the teaching of bigotry against all other ethnic groups, and the misrepresentation of history. Latino studies should be taught in school, but zenophobia has no place in any curriculum.
