“Para ayuda in Espan~ol, marque dos.” I hate those words. It means “for Spanish help, press 2”. I don’t have time to hear those extra words when I’m in a hurry.
Easier to just buy a new one
It is hard to get to a person, harder to get to someone who speaks English, and most likely not in the USA!
I usually have to listen to the menu twice to tell which option, if any, would get me to a live person. Oy!
