If it were a massacre like was suggested in the past few days, the rebel forces should greatly out number the redcoat dead. Traitor van Wooten should be very afraid.
well despite being upbraided yesterday for my lack of knowledge about ghost lore - whatever that is, i disagree but ok-and story telling (ouch) — i still maintain that this particular ghost story makes no sense – are these ghosts condemned to re-fight the battle over and over? that actually would make sense, but that’s not the way this story has unfolded. and what will the results of this ghostly battle resolve in the real world? that has some possibilities, so we’ll see —anyway it’s fun. no need to be so snarky about an opinion..for some really scary ghost stories – the blood-freezing kind that i go for – i humbly suggest the classic short stories of MR James, the Turn of the Screw by Henry James, the works of Tim Powers (particularly Last Call, Expiration Date and Hide Me Among the Graves) and a great movie, The Others, with Nicole Kidman.
