this is the 2nd time i have tried to coment here. it looks like my back yard. the covey of quail are breaking into pairs, and that’s when the fighting really starts. the male morning doves are to preoccupied “bowing” to their prospective mates. : )

It can get rough! Some of the birds are OK with each other, especially during mating season. Doves are NOT peaceful; the fight and mate year round.
