Are you trying to starve the little guy?

Regular rice (like instant) is hard to eat with chopsticks, but rice that cooked in such a way that it’s clumped together isn’t too hard.

Where I live we have redwing blackbirds and those f—-ing things are hostile. They like to nest near the road and mercilessly peck anyone that gets near them. Allways attacking from behind with little to no warning and yes they do draw blood. True ninja blackbirds indeed.

Poor little Grasshopper, though. He looks so sad and frustrated in the last panel. The chopticks are as big as he is.

Just use your beak little Squiggle-forget those chopsticks.

awww…give the little guy a spoon.a teeny tiny little spoon.: )

Don’t worry, Little One…You’re having better luck than I am with those things.
