Never taunt a kite eating tree.
the tree committed kitekazi
The tree fell and Charlie Brown heard it. I guess that proves that the tree and the mangled kite underneath DO exist!
Y’know, comic strips don’t get any better than this.
Sliding down the razorblade of life….
Like a kite-eating tree’s going to be threatened by you, Charlie Brown.
first its lucy vs the blanket then its cb vs the kite eating tree.
Yeah, gmarting997, just ask Dorothy. (In the movie anyway. I’m not sure about the book)
Don’t give that tree viagra…
Been waiting long? Happy Easter!
But now the tree is dead :D
Poor Charlie Brown. He just can’t win at anything.

I’m having an amazing Easter Sunday. I hope you are too. Your comments are just amazing whether they’re aimed at me or not.
I notice you comment on ‘That is Priceless’ a lot. I’ve been to that strip and I don’t get it really.
The paintings are lovely though.
Take care!
And Nature wins again.
I’d like to see that tree upright itself again.
Quick! Call a tree surgeon
Don’t mess with a hungry tree Charlie Brown.
Charlie Brown put a spell on that tree.
If it helps you find it in your books, this was originally published April 11, 1965.
He is risen:Happy easter everybody
My favorite kite eating tree strip is the one where Charlie Brown starts out haranguing the tree just like this one, but then he starts to feel sorry for the tree and tosses the kite up in the branches. :oD
I love how the tree always seems to be wearing a leafy grin. :)
Yes, but that was the last kite it will ever taste. sad.
