My Dad always checked the bedroom closet for me. Mine wouldn’t fit under the bed.

Now the only monsters that can be under there are paper-flat ones, and they are less intimidating.

My sister’s closet freaked my out. Luckily I only had to sleep in there once a year when Grandma came.

I had night terrors when small. It’s ashame when little kids have to go through this.

I never had monsters under my bed (the cats and dogs took care of them), but when I was about 2 I had a monster OVER my bed. I was so traumatized that I still remember it but without the childhood terror because after a couple of years I was able to figure out that what I saw was only a water stain from the leak in the roof.
