Well, it’’s been 640 yrs. so far…..(the tower was finally completed in 1372, acc. to Wikipedia)
Or they could get Galileo to do his experiments during an inspection…
They don’t want you to fix it.
It’s interesting that the tower itself records the growing list as it was built, since different sections have different angles to vertical.
Still, fundamentally, it’s a problem of insufficient foundations.
If they hadn’t built it on sand, it wouldn’t have leaned.
