Don’t panic! Nobody’s more clueless on the PC than I am, yet, by following x_Tech ‘s instructions a month or two ago, I’m inserting links, graphics and my own photos! It really looks like I know what I’m doing!

My best advice is: Take it one step at a time. (What I do is copy the instructions onto paper, then it’s there to refer to as you go through the steps.

Putting a link in really is easy. I have no clue what all that “code” means. The trick is to copy all the letters and symbols exactly as x_Tech laid it out. And, it you missed something, you can always delete and do it again. After once or twice, you’ll be a pro!

My problem is if I take enough pills not to use Ed’s exploding jam to do away with my son-in-law, I just don’t care enough to even read x-techs instructions much less try to follow them, but I do have a great appreciation for those of you who post here.

.. and coincidentally was holding up a broadsheet newspaper in front of his face when it went off. BTW, the paper is a week old, and now he’s claiming that he had saved it specifically so he could read a story about re-potting petunias. The man wouldn’t know a spade from an earth mover.
