Holding your breath as long as you can…pranayama. The other is also a little-known yoga adept’s trick. A seedy siddhi.

Endurance exercising is akin to meditating, I run 5 to 6 miles 3X week and let me tell you, it is incredible how much you can focus on pain in one hour or so.

Holding your breath is now a competitive sport (and a new disease). Turns out to be the only sport where age is an advantage.
