    I love tuna casserole, but I make mine with brown rice, not pasta.

    With spelt pasta, and goat cheese, it’s not half bad. Of course then it’s not inexpensive any more.

    Fresh flaked tuna. Spelt pasta. Lorraine cheese sauce. Fresh diced carrots, sweet pea pods and mushrooms. This ain’t your momma’s tuna casserole!
