I think Joy means for you to leave something more intimate, Verl. Try leaving your hemorrhoid medicine instead. Of course with Jerry you’d run the risk that he would simply use it himself and not tell you at all.
We have plenty, Marg! And you may need more after my question below…. or cover your ears.Wow, the Pennys make this business great!Anyway….a delicate question… that I kinda hate to ask….(not out of deference but because the answer may make me run straight for the brain bleach….)but…what is Verla doing at Jerry’s house that would require removing her partial?Does she spend the night?Does she…….. um…. OK, “spend the night” is as far as I want this to go.
Funny how such a little thing like “Find-It!” can keep you on the comic. I can’t move on to the next comic in my custom comic email until I have found “It”! :)
1. Verla made Sara Lee brownies.2. Is that a 1960’s turquoise wall phone with a mangled cord? Rotary dial?3. Does anyone think Jerry “manscapes”?*.*Susan/Marg: How about you guys set up a fund so that the poster with the “most bleachworthy” comment each day gets a cut of the profits?
Could I place an order for some “Susanitium Marge shine” or whatever the lable reads on the brain bleach. Think I’ll take two gallon this time also. Thanks Just ’put it on my account and we will settle at the end of the month…….

For some reason my last comment didn’t register. Maybe because it was so mean towards Verla…

I’ll repeat it anyhow: what I SAID was something like, ‘Maybe she SHOULD leave her partial there — she doesn’t need to talk OR chew, really.
Ewwwwwwwwww

Why would she worry about losing Jerry for heavens sake? I thought maybe she was thinking of someone atttractive. . .

that’d be pretty scary to stumble upon some smelly used teeth laying around; not exactly the best way to snag a man

The trouble is she does both at the same time.Somehow I think she will manage even without the partial. (Ewww!)

Verla could leave something intimate behind, like her thong….

I thought I found the arrow, but it was just my cursor :)

The arrow was not difficult to find. I just cannot know why Verl wants Jerry (or visi-versa) but that is their choice.
