    my wife used to gripe about me having a waffle iron on the dashboard. sometimes ya gotta make waffles on your way to work i say!

    Not much different from the person who was in graduate school with me who read assignments on the drive to the campus. She couldn’t understand why the rest of us, on hearing the tale, were horrified that she saw nothing wrong with her use of the steering wheel as a prop for the pages. “I look up constantly” she exclaimed. She had quite a drive, and most of her reading took place on freeways at full speed.I hate to think what this woman must be doing with text messages – assuming she has managed to remain accident free and not killed herself.
