When I woke up and tried to pick up where i fell asleep, I found I dreamed a better book than I was reading.

Get a Kindle. You won’t lose your place, and it’ll shut itself off.

@FlyerTom: Use a bookmark. You won’t lose your place, and you NEVER have to worry about the battery.

At least she is a real Plugger. A true Plugger would never use a Kindle or Ipad or any new fangled device. Plus if a Plugger hates the book and everything it stands for they can burn it.

@ Elaine Mikesell: Seeing your name reminds me of the absolutely wonderfully tasty Mikesell’s potato chips from when I lived in Dayton, OH. Are you related? Please let them know that Illinois NEEDs Mikesell’s. No chip has ever compared. I particularly miss the marcelle chips and the barbeque ones.

I don’t get to read for pleasure too often these days but when I do, if it’s a really good book, I never fall asleep while reading it. If anything, I resent having to put it down in order to go to bed at night!

I normally read a book a day. If they’re less than 200 pages, sometimes two.
