That word scares most school kids.

I loved school and even I hated the prospect of summer school (unless it was a special class I really liked, such as music theory at the Toledo Museum of Art). I really needed the break for imagination and play. Come to think of it, I still do. Yeah, why don’t I just take the summer off…

(not that I was ever in serious danger of summer school, just for the record)
