What’s really sad is the the Bureau of Safety and Energy Enforcement (the former Minerals Management Service) send inspectors to it every so often.

He should use plastic fish (yes, they make them!), so if his rig does spring a leak, they won’t end up floating upside down.
If this were real the fish would have big open sores on them.
Folks, and fish, should look at how the regulations were relaxed, in 2007, to make it “easier” on BP and the others, like the ones who haven’t paid any royalties on that oil from the Gulf, in decades.
He’s just trying to encourage the fish to evolve, develop intelligence and become addicted to oil. Then he can expand his customer base!
You know, I hate to say it but I think that would make a cute aquarium toy; at least it’s different from castles and treasure chests…
