Jerome had always thought of himself as right brained, and thus very creative. He felt his bow tie was quite clever, and surely would invite envy.

I’m dozing off, it being 2:30 am…

But before I tear myself away from this addictive machine….from yesterday…. Monkey…. thank you!And likewise.I always enjoy your posts.Stelbel, I get the feeling you and I and Beviek all got the same depressing thought…. which I very much hope is a silly overreaction.And Beviek …. I have a little sign in my living room that says “A Clean House is a Sign of a Misspent Life.”Now if only I knew where it was in all this clutter…

Meanwhile…after our conversation yesterday about being stuck on the computer all day, I feel happy to report that I spent the whole evening working/playing/eating at our very first of the year downtown farmer’s market…and shall do so every Wednesday through August.Yay!Real life!

Although it was elegant in style, the odd thing about Essex’ departure was its abruptness. There was no indication of illness, dissatisfaction or malaise. Perhaps it was a simple onset of Jerome Syndrome….

Live, laugh, & love. We should all strive to do more of that.

susan, so on Wednesdays you’ll be chatting up the tomato growers, huh? Wait a minute, as much as you love tomatoes…flirt is probably the better word! Hee Hee!

So perhaps Essex had a cold turkey waiting.Jerome nurtures his moody nature.

Even as a young child, Jerome was known for his free expression and moody nature. It wasn’t until the night of his Sr Prom when he got his first kiss from his “little sunshine” Susan… which shortly after she tragically discovered that in her attempt to “loosen” him up that it was a BIG mistake to touch Jeromes bowtie…. NO ONE ever touches Jeromes bowties….!!! It is rumored that Jerome has refused to kiss another girl since that evening…. and we’re really unsure why…

Many times, when the name Jerome comes up, I think of this song. It happened today so I’m gonna share. Jerome doesn’t even get mentioned until 4 minutes in, but it’s worth it.As for why this song, meter seems to be an important component of how my brain processes things. So that probably makes thinking of a song pretty natural.

Varnes… unfortunately, they’re all young enough to be my kids!Actually the “kids” at the market just sell the produce. The almost equally young farmer is himself usually too busy in the fields, which are about 250 miles southeast, where it’s much warmer.But I do work for them a couple of hours a week for my tomatoes.I could never afford as many as I eat, otherwise, and my own won’t be ripe till late August when the market closes.

Monkey…. I will have you know I do not go around wantonly touching people’s bow ties.I am NOT that kind of girl.I was a perfect lady on that date, so if Jerome went around saying otherwise, he’s no gentleman.Are you sure it wasn’t the girls refusing to kiss jerome?I mean, he has certainly always stuck that bowtie right out there…Anyway, I don’t want to give the impression that I think anyone would believe I have never touched a bowtie… I’ve handled a few and I know… how to… um… tie them properly.But only by mutual consent, and maybe after a glass of wine….

Beviek… I’m not sure I’ll let you get away with thinkingthat qualifies you to be called normal.LOL!!
