I’m already my future self, but I’d sure have some advice for my younger self if I could travel through time….

If I knew then what i know now.

Wait, back then I knew it all.

Didn’t doc just warn Monty about trying to change the past?!?

Payback’s are hell….

Yeah, I was going to say I just love it,when I read articles warning me not to do, (or eat, or drink) something….and I’m told all the recently discovered terrible consequences…

but I already did it….. many many many years ago. Oops.

The good news is that if it didn’t kill you, you might live long enough for them to reverse the advice…as they just did with coffee…. again.

Is there a minimum age for being able to say ‘dagnabbit’?

I read somewhere about a study where it was found that warnings based on what happened to other people who engaged in self-destructive behavior isn’t nearly as effective as a warning based on what can happen to ourselves, personally. A look into our own personal futures would do wonders to change our bad habits and attitudes. Except then they wouldn’t be our futures anymore…

Today the news was talking about loud noises and hearing loss. I’m so glad that I have done much to keep most of my sensen intact (a little problem with eyesight, but fine hearing, taste etc). I DID have many sunburns as a little kid playing outside, tho’ and my dad had skin cancer as a golfer before his stomach cancer killed him. I just do the best I can
